本设备适用于中药、西药、葡萄糖、酿酒、淀粉、口服液、化工、食品、味精等工业酒精回收，能用于批量小、品种多的热敏性低温真空浓缩。

The device is to concentrate the material in the occasions such as China traditional drug、weat drug、dextrose、amylum sugar、oral liquid、chemistry、foodstuff、monosodium glutamate and vintage and to reclaim the industrial organic solvent such as alcohol.It is suitable to concentrate the thermal sensitive material under lower temperature and vacuum with little batch number and multiple varieties.

1、          酒精回收：回收能力大，采用真空操作方法，改进了设备的工艺流程。回收率能达到95%，使酒精损耗率低于5%。能耗降低30%，具有投资小，回收效益高的节能设备。

2、          浓缩液料：本设备采用外加热自然型循环式与真空负压蒸发方式，能具有蒸发速度快，浓缩比重可达(1.4)；液料在全密封中无泡沫浓缩，用本设备浓缩出来的药液，具有无污染，药味浓。清洗方便，打开加热器上下盖即可。操作简单，占地面积小，外形美观，加热器、蒸发器、保温完整出厂，本设备与液料接触部件均采用不锈钢SUS304制造，保温采用聚胺脂发泡或珍珠棉，外表面磨砂亚光处理，符合GMP医药标准。
